JACK MCGUIRE

CLASS OF 1976

Jack McGuire established himself as one of the greatest pole vaulters in Beavercreek Track & Field history. He captured the 1976 OHSAA state championship in the pole vault, becoming the first—and still the only—Beavercreek pole vaulter to win a state title.

McGuire was also a conference champion during his outstanding high school career. His performance remains the second-best pole vault mark in Beavercreek history, securing his lasting place among the program’s all-time greats.
